Thursday morning in Japan and everything is absolutely fine. Next thing your entire life is ruined .. Can't even image what everyone is going through there at the moment. All I know is that we all have to do our bit to contribute when things like this happen. Japan is one of the most developed countries in the world with technologies reaching higher than the sky .. their architecture have specially engineered foundations against natural disasters, since earthquakes are common there. However this was something bigger than a normal earthquake. One of my best friends live there and she told me that she has never felt such a huge quake before.

So guys .. Please spare a moment and donate as much as you can to the victims of the earthquake and tsunami. It doesn't take long but if everyone chips in it will help thousands of people and their families.

hello again!

This is how fun you can have at work .. Make up own mannequins and props! Unlike what the images are proposing I have actually been really busy at work .. also the reason why I haven't been blogging. No excuse but hello to all of you .. I'm back now! :)

I don't think I have quite adapted to work-mode yet .. I feel absolutely knackered after every shift. However there has been some positive bits work-wise too. Took the courage and spoke to a quite important person the other day who suggested we take a cup of coffee sometime soon!! So excited .. Really hope something fresh and new comes out of this. Also I was offered to be in charge of one of our very large stores that's opening up in April, which I politely turned down. I'm in a good place now with big plans .. it just wasn't right for me. But still very flattered I guess .. :)

So don't get me wrong .. I haven't forgotten about my little space here in the cyberworld .. I love my space. But it has been a hectic week for all of us .. I mean just look at Galliano! Ouch!

Nipping under my duvet now for a couple of hours. Need to re-fuel .. Lol! Catch you later lovelies! / P. x

like a stranded fish?

I have been so terribly ill since Monday. Thought at first that it was just some minor signs of exhaustion .. after traveling and so on. Turned out it was severe tonsillitis so I have had to be home sick the whole week. It's really painful but the worst thing is the fact that I'm feeling so unproductive and restless! I can't be in this bed any longer .. So I decided to get up and take a powerwalk and buy some groceries on my way back home. However my sister found out and forbid me and instead cancelled her Friday night plans to be my care taker! Ain't she adorable? Feel really bad though .. But this means I'm facing yet another full day in this house! Ahhhh!! On the flip-side, evenings spent with my sis is on the top of my favourite list. Let's make the most of it with some good movies and good food! (if I can manage to swallow!) See you all later! / P. x

this is where it all began.

Had to come back here after so many years to meet with the new tenants in Sweden. This was where all the magic happened .. all my nights in with my girls, all the dramas, all the laughters, all the pre-drinks before nights out, all the preparations to move to London, all the big steps of my teenage life, all the warmth from my family, all the lovely memories .. Lived here for over 10 years and will always love this area and especially always love this flat. So many amazing people have walked through its doors and they're the people that will forever be in my heart. Looked so life-less when I saw it though .. all the walls had been painted white and it looked so run down and miserable. Haha .. not quite how I remember it. But still so happy I got to visit it one last time.

hello tonsillitis.

First time in three weeks I'm back on my laptop. Feels good to be back in my own habitat again .. but can't stress enough how much I miss the three weeks that just passed. But on the other hand we managed to get a kick-start on our new project which means Sweden will only be a stone-throw away everytime we talk about that subject. It's such a great thing to look forward to!

But the time has come now. I managed a whole pre-Christmas, Christmas, New Years Eve and trip to GBG without getting the flu .. and here I am, in my bed and can't even swallow properly because it feels like my tonsills are made out of chinese throw stars. Makes me want to bath in a cup of tea forever .. So that's exactly what I'm going to do! Well at least drink some. Wish I had my favourite Persian Earl Grey now. Should've brought some from back home. Instead I've found a new favourite .. Lychee! Try it yourself and see .. It is yummy really.
