Today was IKEA day after work. Wasn't planning on going but feels like I will be breaking tradition if I don't go there at least once every 2 months now. Haha .. that's pretty much how it's been lately. And we still had to sort some stuff out for my sis' new place. Got a lot of things for the living room today .. Getting the bigger pieces in place first and then it's time for the fun bit - decorating! Also as I was sitting and waiting for the girls this little boy kept taking IKEA catalogues from all of the shelves in the waiting area and putting them on a table. I really didn't understand his goal but he refused to leave until all of the catalogues in that area were stacked on the table. Haha .. it was so funny to watch. Kids can be so weird sometimes .. Anyways had to take a picture of the end result. Like ..what's the point with this?

Tomorrow is the last day at work. Visit today went ok .. but we realised that alot need changing on the floor. So tomorrow morning will be a heavy last day at work for me .. Then it's time to come back home and pack and get ready for the day afteeeer!!! Yayy!! Packing down the pieces I got yesterday too. :))

cherry munching!

 

Good evening to all you fine readers! Today has been a good day! :) I woke up on my grumpy, tired side but it wasn't all so bad as the working day went really quick and we managed to get alot done. And I managed to buy some bits and pieces after work that I have been wanting to buy for a while now. Will post some pics later :) .. Anyways we are expecting a visit in-store tomorrow which I am a bit worried about. But then again I worry everytime we have a visit sooo .. we'll see how it goes.

Sitting and munching on my cherries at the moment. Did you know that cherries are full of antioxidants? They are good for inflammation prevention and appearantly studies have shown that people that eat alot of them don't gain weight as easily. Ha! Ain't that just perfect for my situation? Sore knee and looking for a better diet. Wihoo!! Ok actually I'm just having them because they're nice .. Hehe. But anyways .. :)

Being a good girl and going to bed early tonight. Doing some catch up reasearch now then im off. So sleep tight everyone. See you back here tomorrow! / P. x

sweden time in 4 days!!

Good afternoon my favourites! I've realised that I always write during the same period of the day .. But it's been a weekend now and I've let myself sleep ouuut properly. And then I've had a couple of things to do .. and now I'm here. And that's normally how it's done .. Hehe

Just had my dinner aswell .. took me an hour to cook the potatoe in the oven !! It was so nice though .. yumyum. And from now on I'm just eating good food. Not going to go on a strict diet but I am cutting out all junk food and soft drinks and the whole shebang. Well until I go to Sweden at least .. haha. And guess what? It's in 4 daaaaaaaaaaays!! Can't believe it's gone so quick .. felt like I booked my ticket a week ago.

Gonna be so nice to just relax and hang out with my babies .. Sweden here I come! / P. x

nails for cheap monday.

So the swedish brand Cheap Monday have decided to think outside the box this time. The normally quite basic and "safe" brand has now put forward a six piece range completely based around rhodium and oil effect fake nails!

No? Not a fan of jewellery and accessories? Don´t worry .. They even have it on a pair of jeans and a top/dress. Halleluja!

The collection have prices ranging from 16 EUR to 90 EUR and can be found at the Cheap Monday website. Very bizarre in a way .. but might be something for all you dare-devils out there. Selma .. ?

move is done for the day!

That was the quickest move in the history of time. Luckily we have been prepared for this day for quite some time now so everything was already packed in boxes and ready to go. So had to chuck everything in the car and fly off. So we have been organising and tidying instead and now we are done for the day. Just a couple of more things we need to do tomorrow then it's time to start organising at my sisters house instead. And we get to cuddle with her one more night! Yayy!!

sophy robson manicure!

Good day people! Today is the official move-day! It's all about back-pain and sore fingers as we pack all my sisters stuff and move it into her new casa. Lazy as we are and with the benefit of not having a deadline we are dragging it endlessly. Haha

Last night me and my cousin went to Plan B in Brixton to meet her nail-guru Sophy Robson. She is one of the hottest nail technicians around and my cousin has been following her work for quite some time now. Plan B had it's opening night for Bump and had the Sophy Robson team involved, doing manicures for everyone till midnight. Wohoo!

Quite an interesting event and got my nails done all pretty .. and very shiny! Hope they last a while now. Anyways I can hear my sis struggeling next door so I better go and help her with the packing. Speak to you all soon! / P. x

good "morning".

Having breakfast in bed .. Woke up a while ago but been to lazy to get up. Nightshift was successful but I can feel it in every bit of my body now. Waiting for the girls to come back and see what the plan is for tonight. Might be heading out for an event but we'll see .. For now I'm going to enjoy my toast with ham n cheese (which btw looks really yellow in the picture) then go and get ready for the day! Chacha / P. x
