so long mr cline.

Today is the last day of a new area. I am currently at my sisters dealing with the last bit of the "changes". I will leave it at that for now as the process isn't fully complete yet, but I am positive that all these changes are for the better and that we will soon have a big celebration!

Yesterday evening I had some of my own changes put in place. I had a very successful meeting and I am now waiting for a call back regarding potential progressions for myself. All of this will be carried out after Christmas, so I will give you more details then. But fingers crossed guys .. I am almost there! :)

And this is the best piece of news: OUR INTERNET IS WORKING AGAIN! Hurray !! After all that back and forth I am again a proud member of the cyber-world. Haha :)) So I guess I'll catch up with you all in a bit!

Ciao for now! / P.

lanvin for h&m.

Tomorrow is the much anticipated premiere of the Lanvin - H&M collaboration. The 60 piece collection is due to hit all the major H&M stores and you can expect to find massive queues all around every store block. For all you lazy people you can always go online as well. But I am not all so keen about it. Frankly I think it's much too overrated. But either way it is a great step for both fashion houses so it will be a shame not to be involved.

Check it out for yourself: http://www.vogue.co.uk/news/favourites-of-vogue/101102-lanvin-for-h-and-m/gallery.aspx

See you there! / P.

inspirational sister duo.

litter.

late night post.

Dinner and wine with some friends on a Saturday night is sometimes the most relaxing and uplifting thing. And since I feel really full and happy now I thought I would pop in and update all of you on the latest bits. Firstly it is getting really ridiculous but our internet is still not up and running so at the moment this is the best way for me to keep up with all of you .. at my sisters house. Hehe

So the past weeks have been very busy. I have been a good girl and done major catch ups with friends I haven't met for a while and also pulled myself together and finished my bedroom! I went to IKEA the other week and got all my pieces and thanks to my very sweet handy-man I got everything set up last Saturday. I haven't taken a picture of the room yet as I am still not 100% finished with it. The final touches are under development :). It is very feminine and relaxing though .. and I absolutely adore it. It is definitely a place for a good nights rest! Soo cosy .. I ♥ my bedroom! So thanks lovely .. X

I have been working on my pieces as well. I have divided my collection into three stories, all of them having different styles yet they are all based around the same influence. The theme is still middle eastern symbolism and tales but have a contemporary twist to it. As I might have mentioned in earlier posts, I am interested in pieces that are hard to find in the market at the moment. The pieces I create are therefore initially based on my own requests but will speak to a broader customer base as they will all be very unique. I am being boring and calling the stories by numbers at the moment to be able to keep them apart. I worked on story #2 (fragility) on Sunday and these where two of the pieces:

Hopefully I'll get some more done tomorrow.

Anyways .. Happy Weekend! / P.

fimo beads.

byebye vm daughter.

I absolutely love weekends! Relaxing in my own space is the best thing in the world I have to say. I had big plans for this weekend but I decided to ditch them all for a couple of days of doing absolutely nothing! Love it!

Just had one of my favourite girls over with her adorable baby boy (whom I love btw!) .. And I need to say that my maternal sides aren't too bad. There is still hope for me! Hahaha

Right .. So Friday was a sad day. I found out that my in-store VM (my VM daughter!) was going to be transferred to another store .. And that it was our last day together :'( .. She's a brilliant VM and I am happy for her but I thought I would offically let you all know that I will miss her at work. All the best Jess-Jess .. And make sure you don't forget about us! :) xx

So to cover up the open wounds of Fridays tragedy I decided to undergo therapy .. Well .. to make some beads anyways :) Fimo was the material and I realised that it can be tricky from time to time. Certain shapes and patterns are hard to create so I think I need to practice some more .. Ill get the hang of it soon. Remember the crochet project? I turn that baby upside down in a fortnight. Hehe .. Anyways I made a couple of beads and thought I'd show you an image of them but as it turns out you can't do that with a Blackberry. So the image will be uploaded later .. But they turned out pretty nice :) Making some more tomorrow. Also it's so ironic that I couldn't find any chains anywhere a couple of weeks ago and now I'm finding and being given chains left to right. Can't really complain!

Hearing fireworks outside my house. Remember, remember, the 5th of November? I know I don't .. Still going to have a little sneak peak!

Good Night! X / P.

haus of gaga = oh lala.

Read an article on the tube about the master minds behind Lady Gaga's amazing creations and was baffled to realise the amount of work put into forming the fashionable and creative product. Haus of Gaga is the name of the creative force behind all of Gaga's visual works. With Matthew "Dada" Williams and Nicola Formichetti as the head of the team, the group consists of a string of the best talents in styling, design, choreography and art (alot of them from LONDON!). Everything that we see, from the telephone hat to the TV sun-glasses to all the amazing costumes and hair-do's, are all ideas born in the Haus of Gaga.

I love love love!! They are sooo amazing!

Haus of Gaga rocks !!
